WHAT IS ADHD COACHING?

ADHD coaching provides one-on-one guidance tailored to your child's unique needs, helping them develop effective strategies to manage their symptoms and achieve their goals!

I understand that every young person with ADHD has their own unique way of experiencing the world. That’s why I offer coaching sessions virtually via Zoom or Google Meets so your child can work from a space where they feel most comfortable and at ease. In their own home.

I’ve found that when kids with ADHD are in a familiar environment, they’re able to relax, focus, and engage in ways that simply aren’t possible in more traditional settings. At home, your child has the freedom to move around, take breaks, or share something that’s important to them, like a favorite book, a hobby they love, or anything else that sparks joy. These moments are an essential part of the coaching process. By encouraging your child to be themselves, we’re creating a more natural and supportive atmosphere. This makes the coaching feel less like a formal session and more like a collaborative space for personal growth, where we can work together on building skills in ways that feel comfortable and empowering.
