About Your Ally In ADHD

Welcome to Your Ally In ADHD. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

As an ADHD coach for kids and teens, my mission is to help make their futures more manageable by providing them with the tools and understanding they need to navigate their world with confidence. ADHD is not just a challenge. It’s part of who they are, and when they understand how their ADHD brain works, they can learn to work with it, not against it. My goal is to empower kids and teens to embrace their strengths, manage their challenges, and grow with resilience as they continue on their journey.

But I don’t just work with kids and teens. I partner with parents too. Parents are the foundation of lasting change. That’s why I take time to guide parents through the how’s, what’s, and why’s of ADHD, helping you better understand how it affects your child’s brain, emotions, and behavior. You’ll gain insights into what ADHD really is and how to support your child effectively, not just in our sessions, but in the day-to-day moments that make the biggest difference.

The real work happens outside of coaching… At home, in everyday situations, and through open communication. That’s why I’m deeply committed to helping build or strengthen the alliance between you and your child. Together, we’ll create a shared understanding, foster trust, and develop strategies that empower both of you. The stronger the partnership between parent and child, the better the chance for success, today and in the future.

I believe that by working together, we can make ADHD feel less overwhelming and more manageable for your child. And through understanding, support, and consistent partnership, we can create the tools and foundation for a brighter future.

If you’re ready to get started, I’d love to partner with you and your family to create lasting change, understanding, and hope for the future.

Let’s build an ADHD alliance that will last.
