I’m Tricia,
Your Ally In ADHD

I’m so glad you’re here! As a Certified ADHD Coach (CALC), my mission is to help families and youth navigate the challenges of ADHD with understanding, empathy, and personalized support. I’m a wife, a mother, and someone deeply passionate about empowering others to embrace ADHD and build a future full of possibility.

Before becoming an ADHD coach, I spent over a decade as a hairstylist. During that time, I learned the importance of truly listening, supporting, and providing space for my clients to share their stories. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in coaching, where I could offer meaningful guidance and support to individuals and families facing ADHD challenges.

When my son was diagnosed with ADHD, I was also diagnosed. As I learned more about his experiences, I realized how much of his struggles reflected my own. This shared understanding deepened my connection to his journey and fueled my desire to help other families facing similar challenges. My path led me to create an educational coloring and activity book designed to help children better understand what’s happening inside their brains, empowering them to feel confident and capable in their own unique ways of thinking and learning.

Supporting Your Family’s Journey

ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every child, teen, and family faces their own unique challenges, and my role is to help you uncover strategies and tools that work for your specific needs. Through personalized coaching, I listen, support, and guide families to build strong, supportive connections that will help your child succeed, not just now, but in the years to come.

With the right guidance, children and teens with ADHD can gain the skills, self-awareness, and confidence they need to navigate life's challenges with resilience and determination. Together, we’ll create a strong foundation for their future. Helping them grow into the capable, confident individuals they’re meant to be.
